Effective November 3, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and services of CREDITFIXFL INC ("Credit Fix FL").
Services
We provide credit report review, disputes of inaccurate items with credit bureaus, and credit education to our own clients. Results vary; we do not guarantee any score increase or removal of any item.
Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act
- CREDITFIXFL INC does not charge or collect any fee before the services we agreed to provide have been fully performed.
- You may cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation within 3 business days after the date you sign it.
- You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You can do this yourself, free of charge.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
- We do not guarantee any particular increase in your credit score or the removal of any item from your report.
SMS Program Terms
- Program: Credit Fix FL Inc offers two optional text message programs: (1) customer care messages such as appointment reminders and account updates, and (2) marketing and promotional messages. Each requires its own separate opt-in on our contact form.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact (407) 777-5971 or billing@creditfixfl.com.
- Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold or shared.
